I'm from Detroit. The real Detroit. Not Birmingham. I have thick skin, but emotions run deep. I am polite, but I speak my mind. I am a geek. I've been one since before it was cool. I love video games, sci-fi, fantasy, toy collecting and records. I love pin-ups, tattoo art, vintage ads and retro packaging.
I take great pride in crafting amazing things. I'm an old school soul with a pedigree in Rubylith. Amber too. Don't get it twisted, technology runs through my veins.
I am a designer. A communicator. I ask a lot of questions. I get into the heads of my audience. I cultivate experiences and deliver engaged interest. I am passionate about clear messaging and dependent on no particular medium. The best tool for the job becomes my weapon of choice.

Built global brand recognition by providing visual solutions across retail, PR and marketing campaign strategies. Maintained and developed the visual language for advertising, packaging, signage and retail display. Collaborated with creative director to elevate brand image across home, international, outlet, licensing, retail and restaurant businesses. Supported company expansion with materials and environmental graphics for both domestic and international store/restaurant openings. Created B2C elements for events including the World Series of Beach Volleyball and MLB Fanfest/All-Star Game.

Elevated brand perception and credibility for First Ascent, Eddie Bauer's pinnacle product line. Developed style guides, packaging and communications materials to create a distinct, aspirational look/feel across consumer touch points. Led national advertising campaign development. Presented concepts and solutions to CEO and executive team. Supported marketing efforts with emerging musical artists and professional athletes at events in Telluride, Vail, and Sun Valley and for documentaries directed by Warren Miller and Clear H2O Films.
Served as brand steward for licensing department. Established style guidelines and conducted coaching sessions for licensing partners regarding expectations for Eddie Bauer brand representation. Reviewed packaging concepts for licensed product lines for more than a dozen licensing partners with products slated for national retailers including Target, Costco.
